It’s the traffic cops’ duty to make sure people don’t take life too seriously. They’re so dedicated to this, that they in fact hand out fees to anybody not calmed down enough: “Sir, you were on your way to (wherever) at 15 mph over the speed limit. You owe money.” If you&#8217;re chilled out about life, you’ll have no traffic-cop issues. Everybody else deserves a court date.</span></p>
